How we help.

Through education, support and guidance we are here to help make holistic improvements to your child’s sleep. Our personalised sleep support is designed to empower families to feel educated and confident in their decisions about how they approach sleep.

We will help you to understand biologically normal infant sleep and understand the cause of your child’s sleep disturbances. We will then work with you to create a plan to gently optimise your child’s sleep patterns and help guide their sleep development. We offer support in; establishing healthy sleep foundations, settling, frequent night wakes, early morning rising, catnapping, split nights and so much more.

Our approach focuses on helping families find sustainable, real life solutions. We understand the important and invaluable information parents bring about every aspect of their child. That’s why our consultations are designed to listen to you, because no one knows your child like you!

Sleep Support.

  • Complete Support.

    This package is for families who would like personalised, ongoing support to overcome sleep challenges their child is facing. This package includes a phone or zoom consultation, followed by a comprehensive sleep plan tailored to the families individual circumstances and two weeks follow up support.

  • Email Consultation.

    This package is for families who would like a tailored assessment and personalised, holistic sleep plan to help you overcome the sleep challenges you and your family are facing, but do not need a face to face consultation. Simply complete an intake form, and we will email you your bespoke sleep plan within 48 hours..

  • Phone Consultation.

    This package is designed for parents who would like to discuss their child’s sleep with a Certified Sleep Consultant. We will work though any concerns you have and provide advice around how you can address them.

  • Newborn Support

    Newborn Support.

    This package is designed to empower parents with confidence and knowledge to navigate the 4th trimester. We are passionate about supporting new parents in the postpartum journey and we will provide you with all the information you need to create positive sleep foundations from the very beginning.

  • Group Support.

    Gather your village and book a group session. This package is designed for parents groups who would like to discuss sleep and have their sleep questions answered.

Infant and Child Sleep Consultant

As an Infant and Child Sleep Consultant, Meg is passionate about helping families get a better night’s sleep, using a holistic approach that is tailored to each families unique circumstances.

Infant and child sleep is multifaceted and we tailor all sleep packages to meet your needs and goals. When developing a plan that is right for you and your child we consider a myriad of things, including; the temperament of your child, any medical conditions, sleep environment, nutrition, your family dynamics and parenting style.

We offer a range of services from prenatal information sessions to 1:1 sleep support for children up to 4 years old.

    We originally reached out to Meg because we were really struggling. Our baby Soul was refusing virtually all day naps and getting him to sleep at night was a constant struggle.

    We were a little anxious about starting sleep training to be honest but Meg walked us through it gently and calmly. She understood where we were at and what we needed and was nothing but encouraging and warm along the way. Within 2 days, Soul was putting himself to sleep every single time (within 5 minutes), was virtually asking for his cot come nap time, he would nap 3 x a day and he reduced his nightly wakes to 3.

We had tried previously but with no success, so it was amazing to have a personalised plan for us and daily check-ins with Meg to troubleshoot any issues.

    It’s has been a month since we implemented the changes and Mackenzie is back in her own bed and sleeps 6pm- 6am most nights. She previously couldn’t put herself to sleep or self-settle and is now able o do it all herself!
